The 8th Cross-Strait Food Trade Fair Opens in Jinjiang

  On July 20, the 8th Cross-Strait Food Trade Fair and the 11th Fujian-Taiwan (Quanzhou) Food Trade Fair (hereafter referred to as the "Fair") officially opened in Jinjiang, bringing together a wide range of food enterprises. A special ceremony also took place to unveil new products from food companies.

  This year’s Fair featured 2,700 standard exhibition booths, with over 1,200 companies from across the globe participating. The event was organized into six major themed halls, including the China Food Science and Technology Innovation Exhibition, the Imported Goods Pavilion, the Trending New Products Pavilion, the Premium Food Pavilion, and the Regional Brand Pavilion. These areas showcased new technologies, products, and services across key stages of the food industry value chain.

  Attracting international attention, the Fair saw the participation of prominent global food companies. Guests from nearly 50 countries and regions—including Australia, Japan, the United States, France, Peru, Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Uzbekistan—attended, underscoring the growing international recognition of China’s leisure food brands.
